Mech Days 2025
Overview
Mech Days was a 2 day long buildathon organized by the University of Waterloo at the E7 IDEAs Clinic, where my team (Joseph Schurmann, Victor Radu, Kingsley Fong) and I got to collaborate on creating a ping pong ball elevator powered solely by gravity.
Results
We managed to create a conveyer belt-like system, which proved reliable and efficient. The autofeeding mechanism allowed for a ball movement rate of 0.4 balls/sec.
